A Cookie is:
A small text file which is copied on the hard disk by a server of web pages and this file is the identity card of the user.

The aim of the Cookie is:
To inform the server that the page has been visited again

The advantage of the Cookies is
To save time. If pages are personalized and products/services are recorded, a cookie will permit Bellemo Group srl to identify the user. During the following visit all information required will be visualized. If one wishes to book themselves in for another product or service, it is sufficient to key their own e-mail address and password in. The questions for which they had booked themselves in previously will be fill in immediately. If no registration is done and no personal information is specified the server will just inform that the page has been visited again. It’s the user to decide what information to communicate. With a bigger quantity of data it will be possible to receive more information about interested products.

A Cookie permits Bellemo Group srl:
To guarantee more efficiency in services trying to recognize the most interesting information for the visitors. Pages that are not used are ignored, whereas the attention is focused on information needed by the user.

To control what Cookie to accept:
To set the browser to accept all the Cookies or to warn anytime that one Cookie is offered and so the user can decide whether to accept it or not

If Internet explorer 5.0 is used:
  1. choose Internet Options from menu Tools
  2. click on Protection card
  3. click on Internet, then click on Personalize Level
  4. look through the list up to the menu item Cookie and select one of the 2 options
If Internet Explorer 4.0 is used:
  1. choose Internet Options from the menu; Visualize
  2. click on card Move Forward
  3. look through the list up to the yellow icon with the exclamation mark, under the item Protection and select one of the three options to set the use of Cookies
In Internet Explorer 3.0 choose Options from the menu, Visualize, then click on card Move Forward and eventually click on ‘ Warn before accepting cookies’.

If Netscape Communicator 4.0 is used:
From the menu bar choose:
  1. Edit
  2. Preferences
  3. Advanced
  4. set wished options in the ‘Cookies’ box
How to visualize accepted Cookies
If Internet Explorer 5.0 is used:
Choose from the bar of menus:
  1. Internet Options from menu Tools
  2. Choose Setting from the card General (the predefined card)
  3. Choose Visualize file
If Internet Explorer 4.0 is used:
From the menu bar choose:
  1. Internet Options from the menu Visualize
  2. Choose Setting from the card General (the predefined card)
  3. Choose Visualize file
If Internet Explorer 3.0 is used:
From the menu bar choose:
  1. Options from the menu Visualize
  2. Move forward
  3. Visualize file
With Netscape Communicator 4.0:
With Netscape all cookies are grouped in an only file on hard disk. It is sufficient to identify the file named Cookie.txt that Windows runs in the Pc.

How to visualize a cookie code
It is sufficient to click twice on the cookie: a short string with letters and numbers will be visualized. Numbers are the identity card of the user which can be visualized just from the server which has run the cookie.
